The SKIF-1250 with roller conveyor is an injection blasting booth designed for automatic cleaning, roughing, rust removal and polishing of various workpieces. The motorised roller conveyor allows products to be continuously fed through the booth, resulting in a more efficient blasting process with minimal manual intervention. The machine is suitable for various blasting media, such as alumina, and offers a controlled, repeatable finish of workpieces.
The workpiece is placed on the roller conveyor and automatically fed through the blast cabinet. During transport, the surface is treated by one or more blast guns, which spray the abrasive onto the workpiece at high speed. The spent abrasive falls through a hopper and is returned to the blast guns for reuse via a suction system.
The cabin is equipped with rubber seals and an integrated dust extraction system with filter cartridges to minimise dust generation and ensure a clean working environment. A built-in blow-off system removes excess abrasive after the process. The machine is operated via a foot pedal and features a large inspection window and LED lighting for optimal visibility of the blasting process.
